Nutella Pancakes

This recipe is for Mr Ferrero, the one who sweetened our days, the one who brought Italy into the world with his sweets, the one who created so many good things, one of all the Nutella, that certainly needs no introduction. P.S. To get the fluffiest pancakes is definetly advisable to enjoy at least a teaspoon of it during the preparation.

Ingredienti (per circa 10pc)
2 tuorli
3 cucchiai di nutella
10g cacao in polvere
400ml latte (meglio se intero)
250g farina autolievitante
2 albumi

Enjoy.

Grazie Mr Ferrero.

Stir with a whisk 2 egg yolks with 3 tablespoons of Nutella, add, stirring constantly cocoa powder, milk little by little and the sifted flour a little at a time. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and mix with a spatula gently from bottom up. Let the mix stand covered with film in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan and pour the mixture with a soupspoon , turn the pancakes when bubbles begin to appear on the surface and cook the other side for a few minutes. True Love Chupa Chups

Valentine's day...every year we think to ignore it but then we are taken by the atmosphere and we end to suggest our hearts, this time in a "true love" & "old school tattos" version.
P.S. At the end of the post you will find also the link of our chocolate hearts ( one of the most readen)

Ingredienti

Conservare in luogo fresco e asciutto. Enjoy...

P.S. Consumare con moderazione!
P.P.S Sweet Valentine's Day!

Ingredients
180g Strawberry sugars (with natural aromes) for 4 hearts

Bake the empty silicone molds (make sure that you can use for baking) at 150°C on a baking sheet. Heat over low heat the sugars in a pan until completely melted (if you don't have you can replace with hard candies-without filling. Crumbs them, before melting and add a few drop of natural food dye to obtain the color you prefer). Take off the molds out from the oven, (we use hot molds to not have a temperature chock, avoiding the formation of bubbles on the surface and getting a shiny and glossy color) pour the caramel in the shapes and add the wooden sticks. Caramel tends to harden quickly, if you wanna make many chupa chups melt the sugar not all at once. Let stand at room temperature and remove them from the molds when completely cooled. These molds are for chocolate, so you can use it instead of caramel if you prefer.  Store in a cool and dry place. They are really cool as a gift idea but you can also use them as place holders or gift tags...also perfect for a birthday party. Enjoy...

P.S. Consume with moderation!
P.P.S. Sweet Valentine's Day!
