And then comes the chocolate, Absolut interpreter of this cake easy to make, so scented, soft and moist inside with a coverage of shiny ganache. A really pity throat!

Ingredienti
200g cioccolato fondente
200g burro
200g zucchero
4 uova
1 bicchierino di bourbon o latte (10ml circa)
2 cucchiai di farina00
1 cucchiaino di lievito
1 bacca di vaniglia
1 pizzico di sale

Per la ganache
250ml panna
100g cioccolato fondente

Enjoy...

Ingredients
200g dark chocolate
200g butter
200g sugar
4 eggs
1 little glass of bourbon or milk (about 10ml)
2 tablespoons flour00
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 vanilla pod
a pinch of salt

For the ganache
250ml cream
100g dark chocolate
a knob of butter
a pinch of salt

Melt in a bain-marie the chocolate, the butter and a pinch of salt (the Maldon crystals salt are perfect with chocolate). Choose the dark chocolate you prefer, more the percentage of cocoa is high more the chocolate is bitter: 43%extra, 50%surfin, 60%extra bitter, 70%so bitter...we used a 71% chocolate. Beat the yolks and sugar with an electric whisk, add the melted chocolate in it mixing well with a spatula (pour the chocolate little at a time to obtain a soft mixture wihout chocolate crystals, this process is also perfect to make mousses, cheesecakes...). Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise, remove the seeds with a knife and add them to the compost. Add to the mix two tablespoons of sifted flour and a teaspoon of baking powder (melted in a little glass of bourbon or milk if you prefer) and mix well. Whisk the whites egg until stiff and add to the mixture stirring gently with a spatula from bottom up. Grease and flour a cake mold hinge (diameter of about 20cm), pour the mixture and bake at 180°C preheated-static for about 40 minutes (each oven works differently so for the first time check the cooking). Take out of the oven and let stand, this cake is really delicious even  this way, maybe served with a dollop of whipped cream and caramelled nuts.

For a more gorgeus cake prepare the ganache: boil the cream with the butter, add chopped chocolate and a pinch of salt (we suggest you to use a less bitter one, we used a 51%). Melt the chocolate, turn off the heat and go on stirring until the mixture is thick and glossy. Pour the ganache over the cake, let it cover all the surface and decorate as desired, we choose a cutted fan baked pear with spices and given a touch of winter and feasts with some snowy pinecones. For chocolate lovers...is a real cuddle! Enjoy...

Ingredienti
200g pop corn (non salati)
200g zucchero
una presa di sale

rosmarino
timo
nocciole
o spezie

Preparare i pop corn (o usare quelli già pronti). E voi come servirete i vostri pop corn? Enjoy...(uno tira l'altro!)...

Ingredients
200g pop corn (not salted)
200g sugar
a good pinch of salt

Rosemary
thyme
hazelnuts
or spices

Prepare the pop corn (or use the ready-made). Pour the sugar with a good pinch of salt into a pan and melt over low heat stirring with a wooden spoon (Always remember to not taste the caramel...it's blistering!!!). When the sugar is melted well and Golden brown turn off the heat, add the pop corn and stir well. Pour the caramelled pop corn on oven paper, add herbs, spices (so good with cinnamon), chocolate or whatever you choose to flavor your pop corn and let cool. We love to try different flavors, today we propose with salted caramel, salted caramel and Rosemary, salted caramel, thyme and toasted hazelnuts. When cool, separate them with hands and serve to your guests. We offer them in our tea glasses, in paper bags and in many other ways.Perfect for a night with friends, a Sunday spent at home and for the Christmas parties of course! And how will you serve your pop corn? Enjoy...(one leads to another!)...
P.S. Keep them in a cool and dry place, caramel tneds to melt in contact with umidity.

They are a lovely idea for a homemade gift.
